Description
This is the standard Multipak Bucket Elevator which is designed to feed a multihead weigher. The elevator has a z type design to minimise the amount of room need to fit this into a production line. The bucket elevator is very well suited for a broad range of free flow products in the food, agriculture, and chemicals industries. It is designed to feed weighing systems from a low level and keep an even flow of product in the weigher.
The standard machine comes with 1.8-litre food grade reinforced polypropylene bucket but these can be upgraded to be stainless steel. The machine has a 3.1-metre high discharge height. It comes with a manual or auto feature so when the product is low in the weighing system the bucket elevator will start feeding.
All parts have easy to remove inspection covers and a conveniently located inspection window. The buckets have a quick-release mechanism to facilitate fast installation or removal of buckets. All elevators are equipped with an automatic chain tensioning device and built-in overload protection.
The bucket elevators can be manufactured to a bespoke height and are available with 1.0, 1.8, 3.6 and 6.5 Litre buckets.
An 80-litre vibratory feeder can be integrated into the bucket elevator or a 150-litre can be supplied separately to feed it.
