Description

The Multipak 2 Lane 3 Tier Linear Weigher is a nett weighing machine, and the newly designed third tier feed pan improves the accuracy of the weighs. The course, medium and fine feed pans make it a great weigher for most dry products such as tea, coffee, rice, seeds, nuts, confectionary, dried pet food and tablets. The weigher is made of stainless steel with all the contact parts designed to have a quick release so the machine can be easily and quickly cleaned. The standard machine comes with 5-litre weigh hoppers which should hold up to 3kg of most products. The weigh pans discharge the product with a stepper motor, so there is no need for compressed air to operate this machine. The recommended weighing range is from 20g to 3000g with an accuracy of 1-3g, but this would depend on the product being weighed and the required speed. The discharge can be set to automatic or manual, depending on if the machine is to be connected to any other machines, like a VFFS bagging machine or an automatic pouch sealer. In most instances, the machine is fitted with a foot pedal so the operator can easily and quickly discharge the weight when ready.
